    • Rates subject to change without notice.  12% tax not included.
    • Full payment due upon arrival
    • Check in time is after 1PM, check out is 10AM.
    • Sorry, no pets
    • 3 Night minimum required for reservations.
    • A $50 deposit is required for reservations of less than one week.  A $100 per week deposit is required for reservations longer than a week.
    • Balance due upon arrival
    • Your deposit applies to the last day of your reservation
    Cancellation / Refund Policy
    • If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded if you notify us 30 days prior to arrival.  There will be a $25 service fee charged on refunds.
    • No refunds on early departures or late arrival.

    Full Kitchen Efficiency - A Large 400 SF Suite with 2 double beds, a sleep sofa and a tiled fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a tiled bathroom with tub & shower, Cable TV and a Pool View. Some end units also have a view of the bay or Gulf. 
     
    Full Kitchen Suite- A Full kitchen efficiency + a 2nd Bedroom with a double bed and a 2nd TV.
     
    Deluxe 3 Room Apartment - A Full sized 700 SF apartment with a bedroom with 2 double beds and a TV, a large tiled bath with Tub & Shower, a tiled fully equipped Kitchen with full size appliances a tiled dining area and a carpeted living room with a hide a bed and an oversized sofa and a second TV.
